Good points

  • More built in workout programs and incline options than usual
  • Big pedals that are also comfortable due to the fact they’ve added cushioning to it

Bad points

  • Sub par warranty means questionable quality

Comments

  • For ellipticals that are also priced at $999 retail, the Proform 14.0 CSE probably stands in the middle of the pact. What this essentially means is that the Proform 14.0 CSE doesn’t have any glaring inferiorities in comparison to ellipticals in this price range but it doesn’t mean it’s not without its weaknesses. For example, we have no idea how much the unit weighs nor do we know the flywheel weight so the user experience is probably questionable. On the bright side, it does come with a fair amount of built in programs and the fact that it’s a newer 2011 model  means that the craftsmanship is probably better than older models.
